Shop rules
Using the store involves accepting the following Regulations, so please read them carefully. If you do not accept the Regulations, do not make any purchases. Just leave the page.
The Regulations define the conditions for making purchases, paying for them and shipping goods available in the store’s offer.
Definitions in general
Client: a person or enterprise with an active account in the Store
Costs: all costs incurred by the Buyer related to the execution of the placed Order
Cart: a virtual place where information about the ordered Goods is stored, in particular the quantity, value, packaging and shipping costs of the goods
Buyer: every customer carrying out purchase and sale transactions of goods
Confirmation: activity carried out to confirm the authenticity of the order placed by the Buyer
Bill: we issue a receipt or VAT invoice at the Buyer’s request in connection with the purchasing process
Rules: these regulations for using the Store
Registration: creating an account in the Store, which involves saving the necessary data provided by the Customer when placing the first Order
Store: huntinstruments.com website and databases operating within this website and all other related websites related to the transaction process
Seller: Hunt Instruments sp. z o. o.
Product: any product or service offered by the Store
Verification: a process aimed at confirming the Customer’s personal data

Order: information sent electronically about the status of the cart along with the Buyer’s data and the place of shipment of the goods
Stripe, Przelewy24, PayPal: websites that support electronic payments for Orders placed in the Store
Customer registration and rules of using the store
- In order to enjoy shopping in the store and become a customer of the store, it is necessary to complete the registration process.
- The personal and address data provided during the registration process will be subject to the Verification process. In order to make purchases in the store, the data must be confirmed by the Customer.
- Registration and the ability to make purchases in the Store are free of charge.
- By using the Store, the customer agrees to accept the COOKIES files used by the Store.
Personal data security and protection
- The customer’s personal and address data are stored and processed solely for the needs of the Store and sales records and are protected against access and disclosure to third parties and unauthorized persons.
- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) each Customer has the right to inspect their data, correct it and request the cessation of their use.
- The acquired customer data contains only the information necessary to make a transaction, make payments, verify and ship goods/li>
Placing and fulfilling orders
- The customer has access to the order placed at every stage of its implementation.
- The Seller has the right to require confirmation of the order by e-mail, telephone or other possible means.
- Deliveries are made through specific forwarding companies that ensure efficient and safe delivery of shipments. The Store accepts and processes Orders with a given delivery address outside the country.
- Shipments are made via a forwarding company within 14 business days from the date the amount due is credited to the account. In the case of handmade products based on placed orders, this time is up to 28 business days.
- Delivery delays not due to reasons attributable to the Seller cannot constitute the basis for any claims made by the Buyer.
- In the event of problems resulting from unforeseen and unavoidable reasons (exhaustion of stocks, failure of the IT system), the Buyer will be immediately informed about it via the contact method chosen by the Seller and a new date for the order completion will be set.
- If an order is placed by a minor, the responsibility falls on the Customer’s legal guardians.
- An invoice for the purchased Goods is issued for each order – a VAT invoice only at the Buyer’s request within the period in accordance with applicable law, counting from the end of the month in which the goods were delivered or the service was performed or all or part of the payment was received.
- The recipient of an Account in the form of a VAT invoice may only be a company/individual who is a VAT payer.
Purchase prices of goods and services, payment methods and shipping costs
- The prices given in the Store include the applicable VAT (gross prices) and are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and Euro.
- Acceptable forms of payment are: electronic transfer, payment card and bank transfer.
- Electronic payments are made via the Stripe, Przelewy24, PayPal websites.
- The date of sale is the date of sending the goods to the Buyer or crediting the amount to the Store’s bank account.
- All costs related to the execution of the order, especially packaging and shipping costs, are automatically calculated and added to the order value.
- The calculated costs have no direct connection with the fees charged by shipping companies and are only a reflection of the actual costs.
Warranties and returns
- The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- The right of return does not apply to goods such as: computer programs and sound/visual recordings that were in sealed packaging and which the packaging was opened by the customer.
- All goods available in the Store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Before sending, each product is checked to detect any defects.
- If a defect is found, the Buyer is obliged to report this fact within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods.
- The Seller is released from liability:
- for defects if they arise for reasons other than those resulting from a defect in the material used
- resulting from dissatisfaction with the product received
- against claims regarding product parameters
- The warranty does not cover:
- damage occurring during shipment transport
- damage caused by foreign objects getting inside
- thermal and chemical damage caused during cleaning, ironing or washing, resulting from failure to comply with the markings on the products
- damage resulting from storage, maintenance and operation in conditions that are inconsistent with the conditions specified in the requirements of relevant standards.
- The Buyer is obliged to deliver the returned or complained goods to the Seller on his own and at his own expense.
Final Provisions
- The content of the Store does not constitute a full commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, Art. 543.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order without giving a reason and without giving any resulting compensation or damages.
- In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply accordingly.
