Why is there no traditional trial or demo version?
We believe traditional trial versions—which constantly beep, cut out every 30 seconds, or expire mid-project—are incredibly frustrating. They don’t let you truly test a tool under real studio pressure.
Instead of a crippled demo, we give you the full, unrestricted version of the plugin to use in your actual sessions for 14 days. If it doesn’t instantly earn a permanent spot in your template, you get your money back.
In that case just drop as a note at . No question asked and you will receive 100% refund of your original purchase price. Even though credit card companies do not return transaction fees to us when we issue a refund, we absorb that cost entirely.
Can I use the plugin on an offline computer?
Our plugins are 100% offline-friendly. In order to activate the plugin you need an internet connection. However, to use the plugin you do not have to be online—we know how vital stability is for live sets, travel, and dedicated studio rigs.
Can I activate the plugin on more than one computer?
A single purchase entitles you to activate the plugin on up to 2 computers. At any point you can review and remove the activations you have made by going to your My Account→Orders and clicking on View.
I have a Mac with an Apple Silicon processor so I installed the silicon version of your plugin. However, I cannot see the plugin in my DAW.
Your DAWs might be running in the Rosetta mode in order to ensure compatibility with older “intel-only” plugins. If this is your case, please install the intel version of our plugin. Otherwise, please uncheck the Rosseta mode. You can verify the running mode of your DAW by right clicking on its APP file and selecting ‘Get info’.
